Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 21, 2024, Jill Hudkins, President of Tetra Tech, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that she will resign from the Company, effective May 31, 2024, in order to pursue other opportunities.
