TechTarget Ranked #13 among Midsize Companies, #6 in Balance & #8 in Management in The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work 2010

Technology media company TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) has been ranked #13 among midsize companies, defined as companies with 250 to 999 employees, on the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts list in the third annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. Additionally, TechTarget ranked #6 in the Balance category, defined as organizations that allow employees to balance work and their personal lives, and #8 in the Management category based on employees’ belief that senior managers. Other companies named in the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts list include: Children’s Hospital Boston, Comcast, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Google, and Microsoft. This is the third consecutive time TechTarget has ranked in The Globe’s listing. The Top Places to Work 2010 magazine was published in the Sunday Globe on November 7, and can be found at www.boston.com/topworkplaces.

The Top Places to Work recognizes the most progressive companies in the state based on a confidential survey of their employees. More than 1,000 companies were invited to participate and 82,000 individual employees completed surveys. The rankings are based on employee opinions about company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility, and values and ethics.
