TechTarget Announces New Vice President of Finance

Technology media company TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) today announces the appointment of Maureen Donnelly as Vice President of Finance for the Company. Donnelly will have responsibility for the day to day performance of the Company’s finance and accounting functions. She will report to Jeff Wakely, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Donnelly has extensive experience at public, technology companies including iBASIS (NASDAQ: IBAS), where she was VP of Finance, Stratus Computer, where she was VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, and Analog Devices (NYSE: ADI), where she was Controller. She is a Certified Public Accountant and started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
