The Company Attributes Its 397% Revenue Growth to Its Role in

429 on the 2004 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500
fastest growing technology companies in North America. Rankings are
based on percentage revenue growth over five years, from 1999-
2003, in which the Company grew 397%. SI International's CEO, Ray
Oleson, credits the company's strategic focus on Federal IT
modernization, defense transformation, homeland defense, and
mission-critical outsourcing for the company's strong revenue
