On February 19, 2019, Christopher Chick, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Severn Bancorp, Inc.’s (“Bancorp”)
wholly-owned subsidiary, Severn Bank, resigned as an officer and employee.
Mr. Chick’s resignation is related to his pursuing other professional opportunities, and does not involve any disagreement with the
Bancorp’s management or Board of Directors.
