Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. Announces the Expiration of the Class C Warrants Exercise Period and Updates on Number of Shares Issued and Outstanding
November 19, 2019 - Athens, Greece - Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SHIP)
reported today that as of November 13, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. New York City time, the exercise period for the Company’s Class C warrants has expired.
On May 13, 2019 the Company issued 4,830,000 Class C warrants, out of which 4,770,500 were exercised within the 6-month exercise period provided by the Class C Warrant Agreement (the
“Warrant Agreement”). Pursuant to the terms of the Warrant Agreement, as of November 13, 2019, the remaining 59,500 Class C warrants have become void, are no longer exercisable and all rights with respect thereof have ceased to exist.
As of November 18, 2019, Seanergy has 26,900,383 common shares, issued and outstanding and does not expect any further changes in the number of shares issued and outstanding arising as a
result of the Class C warrants.
