At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Redhill Biopharma Ltd. (the “Company”) held on November 29, 2023, the proposed resolution presented was approved by the shareholders. Below is the proposal adopted:

1.	To approve an increase in the Company’s authorized share capital.
