PFSweb Announces Results of 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

PFSweb, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFSW), an international business process outsourcing services provider of end-to-end web commerce solutions and an online discount retailer, today announced that all corporate proposals were approved at the Company’s 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 4, 2010.

At the meeting, stockholders approved the election of Dr. Neil W. Jacobs as a Class II director, ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010 and approved amendments to PFSweb’s Non-Employee Director Stock Option and Retainer Plan to increase the number of shares of Common Stock reserved for issuance by 75,000 shares and increase the number of shares subject to the annual option grant to 10,000 shares.
