Perry Ellis International Announces Management Changes within the Perry Ellis Division

Perry Ellis, a division of Perry Ellis International
(NASDAQ:PERY), announced that John Crocco has left the company to
pursue other opportunities. Crocco has been the brand’s creative
director overseeing design and merchandising for the full range of
Perry Ellis lifestyle products, including men’s apparel and
accessories.
Oscar Feldenkreis, president and COO of Perry Ellis
International, said, “John Crocco has been integral to the
continued growth and diversification of the Perry Ellis brand. He
has been a valued member of the Perry Ellis family and we wish him
well as he pursues new opportunities.”
This past year has been a good one for Perry Ellis and with
strong momentum moving into fiscal 2012, expansion into new
international markets as well as organic growth within the U.S. is
increasing the brand’s global presence.
The company said a search is currently underway for a new
creative director.
