Perry Ellis International Announced Today that Mr. Brett Dean Has Joined the Company as Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Dean joins Perry Ellis International (NASDAQ:PERY) with
extensive marketing, design service, advertising, and visual
merchandising experience, most recently with Abercrombie &
Fitch, where he served as Senior Director, of Brand Marketing and
Public Relations. Prior to Abercrombie & Fitch, Mr. Dean had a
successful career at Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company, serving as
Creative Director, where he led U.S. and international design teams
for the Calvin Klein, Nautica, and BCBG brands until 2005.
