PCTEL Promotes Rishi Bharadwaj to Vice President and General Manager of Connected Solutions

Bharadwaj to Manage Antenna and Site Solutions Product Portfolios

PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCTI), a leader in Performance Critical Telecom solutions, announced today that it had promoted Rishi Bharadwaj to Vice President and General Manager, Connected Solutions. Bharadwaj, who has held several positions in the company, most recently served as its Vice President of Global Sales for the company’s antenna product line.

Connected Solutions includes the company’s antenna products, RF ancillary equipment, and its Site Solutions product lines. Connected Solutions generated over $72 million in 2014.

“Rishi helped PCTEL transform itself from a wired modem company to a global supplier of wireless products and services,” said Marty Singer, PCTEL’s Chairman and CEO. “His strong domain knowledge, creativity, and leadership will allow us to take Connected Solutions and PCTEL to the next level,” added Singer.

Bharadwaj received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He holds a patent for measuring data quality in wireless communication networks. Prior to PCTEL, Bharadwaj developed data collection and data analytics tools for the cellular industry at Safco Technologies and then at Agilent, which acquired Safco. While at PCTEL, he led the company’s patent licensing efforts, strategic development, and product management.
