Overnite Announces Need for Drivers for New Iowa Operation
WATERLOO, Iowa, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Overnite Special Services,
a division of Overnite Transportation Company, has joined forces
with Ferguson Enterprises Inc., a wholesale distributor of plumbing
and builder materials in Waterloo, Iowa. As a result of this
relationship, Overnite has an immediate need for 25 professional
Class "A" CDL drivers to handle this dedicated account for the
company. The first shipping runs are scheduled to start on May 16.
"We have become the dedicated truckload carrier utilized by
Ferguson nationwide and are very excited to assist them in a new
location," said Roger Griggs, manager of recruiting with Overnite.
"Not only do we have an immediate need to get our trucks staffed
for May, but we anticipate needing an additional 50 to 60
professional drivers in the months to follow." Overnite Special
