NXP Semiconductors Names Betz as Finance Chief as Kelly Retires

NXP Semiconductors NV said it has named Bill Betz as its finance
chief, effective Tuesday.
Mr. Betz, who was the senior vice president for business finance
at NXP, succeeds Peter Kelly, whom the company in February said
decided to retire.
