As previously disclosed on a current report on Form 6-K dated October 4, 2021, JX Luxventure Limited, formerly known as KBS Fashion Limited, (the “Company”) effected the change of its corporate name from “KBS Fashion Limited” to “JK Luxventure Limited” (the “Name Change”) on October 4, 2021, by fling the Articles of Amendment to its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Registrar or Deputy Registrar of Corporations in the Marshall Islands.

On October 7, 2021, the Company notified Nasdaq Capital Market of the Name Change and the change of its trading symbol from “KBSF” to “LLL.” Effective as of today, the Company’s common stock has begun trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the Company’s new name, JX Luxventure Limited, and under its new trading symbol, LLL. The Company announced the changes of its corporate name and its trading symbol in the press release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
