Interactive Intelligence to Host “2012 Key Contact Center Trends and Priorities” Web Event

hosting a no-cost Web event titled, “2012 Key Contact Center Trends
and Priorities: How You Can be Ready.”
This 75-minute Web event will be held Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 11:30
a.m. Eastern time (EST).
The webcast, already attracting more than 900 pre-registrants,
will feature Forrester Research Inc. principal analyst, Art
Schoeller, who brings with him 35 years of experience in the
computer, communications, and software industries.
This webcast is designed for call center managers, customer
service VPs, and anyone in charge of managing the customer
experience. Trends covered will include cloud-based delivery
models, incorporating multichannel communications, the role of
mobile devices, and more.
