Consulting Solutions Experts Stephen Bickford, Wendy Degler and Joe

finance business model to focus on financial solutions in areas
such as risk management, internal audit outsourcing and
co-sourcing, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The renamed Financial
Solutions practice operating under the Hudson Global Resources
division has brought on Joe Taylor, Vice President; Stephen
Bickford, National Director for Information Technology (IT) Risk
Management; and Wendy Degler, National Director for Cash Management
Solutions. Organized around key national practice areas, Hudson
will provide end-to- end solutions to CFO's, controllers and key
financial leaders for their complex initiatives. The IT Risk
Management practice enables comprehensive, sustainable approaches
to ensure that clients' IT activities are aligned with their key
business strategies. The Cash Management Solutions practice helps
companies streamline and better manage business processes to
positively impact cash flow through asset recovery, sales and use
tax audit, disbursements, and accounts payable and receivable.
Hudson's recent acquisition of JMT Financial Partners, a financial
project management firm, supported the expansion of its consulting

joins Hudson from Robert Half International, where he served most
recently as Vice President, National Accounts. In that role, he
partnered with Fortune 1000 clients to design and implement
consulting and staffing solutions across multiple disciplines.
Stephen Bickford has more than 20 years of finance and information
technology audit experience in managing and completing IT
governance reviews, financial and operational regulatory compliance
IT audits. Prior to joining Hudson, Bickford was a senior manager
for a CPA firm, a project manager for an international professional
services firm and an information systems manager for Ernst &
Young. Wendy Degler has over fourteen years of progressive cost and
financial accounting experience in a variety of Fortune 500
industrial and manufacturing companies. She joins Hudson from
Jefferson Wells International, where she was Director of Accounting
and Finance and held responsibility for managing and performing
financial projects covering Sarbanes-Oxley, cost recovery audit and
