Definately not. Seems like the deep pocket traders on this like it at .025 for the time being.

It should test 4s again in the short term.

Even with a monster run...I dont see this peaking out at anything higher than .20 and that won't last very long. I do think they want this share price eventually to settle over .10 near term, so Nasdaq delisting for low share price is off the table.

Then they just need to focus on executing a RS to regain $1+ and stay on the Nasdaq.

All speculation on my part. But plenty of room to run with great trading liquidity and float to work with and interest inveators/traders.

Traders are just pocketing fractions of a cent pocketing profits for now. Major buyers will eventually drive this higher regardless of the small timer sells pocketing every .001

180-190M shares wete sold short yesterday alone.

A push to 4 would result in $3M in losses for the bears.

Someone did post yesterday that dark pool short volume was roughly 190M yesterday.

They better hope volume keeps rocking. That is alot of shares to short in 1 day with a 2 cent floor and open skies above...

$HCTI ~I bought a nice grip myself because after speaking with Etrade about the fact that there are only 400 million shares in the OS and that billions of shares are being sold into the market through what appears to be naked shorting by the hedge funds which they'll end up having to buy back soon the OS is owned and tucked away into long term investors hands. Right now they are trying to keep the share price down since it was them who made it fall from the multi-dollars to sub penny the past few months. So, this is looking like it is turning into a massive short squeeze once the hedge funds stop naked shorting the stock. The question is how many shares are owned and how many of them are naked shares? this is starting to resemble the Gamestop and Kodak short squeezes a few years back where the hedgies lost billions of dollars and had to get bailed out by the U.S. govt.

New shareholders:

1. As of May 15th when the offering took effect, there were 13 hedge funds that had shares. How many of them liquidated and how many are still holding is a mystery at this moment. 100s of millions of shares have probably sold, with 100s of millions still being held.

2. As of June 16th, the prior owners of the acquired company(s) now hold millions of dollars worth of hcti stock.

3. Based on social media postings, 100s if not 1000s of new retail investors now hold the stock.

4. Management and insiders may be acquiring shares at this level, to increase their exposure at a very low price considering the new acquisitions and direction of the business.

There is alot of new parties acquiring shares of this company. It is why the share price is increasing at a very fast pace.

Short term IMO we retest the highs of last week in the 4s.

With the new acquisition in a stock deal, there are several new players with interest in seeing this stock higher.

The $3M in stock was most likely "inked" long before the stock price decrease. If it was or wasn't, there is tremendous new interest in seeing the share price increase.

The warrant holders that wanted out have most likely exercised their rights and have done so the last couple of weeks.

This is all speculation. However, I do anticipate testing the 4s very soon and possibly 10-20 in the near future.

I lied earlier when I said I like big butts. I like small and really tiny butts. This misunderstanding has gone on for too long.

Dilution is never good, but the price drop from .50 to .02 fairly represents the adjustment of new shares outstanding.

It has also added a tremendous amount of liquidity in the market and investors are intrigued.

It has characteristics of a meme stock. Liquidity. Volatility. An explosion in social media posts and presence, low share price, pending catalysts, and big money playing with it.

IMO, it is worth the risk as a lottery ticket with a small investment, because you never know.

I will probably pick up some shares tomorrow just to see what happens.

Is it good or bad?

There are 13 hedge funds exercising warrants in this ticker and trading it.

The offering took effect May 14th/15th, when the volume took off and the stock price collapsed.

Just read the filings...

If any of those funds are still holding, they have an absurd incentive to pump this to the heavens.

They have deep pockets to do so.

Real deep.

I have no idea how after trading over 4 billion shares yesterday above .03 which is more than 5x the total OS that we could see it dropping down into the low .02's range when almost every share owned is now owned at much higher prices!...? These are the types of situations that make you realize that the naked shorting hedge funds must be involved to drop the price down so that those who sell have to sell at a loss at which time they buy those shares back cheaper than they sold shares into the market. There are many more shares that have been sold into the market than the total OS the company has causing the huge drop in share price. Now investors who are upside down have to wait it out until the hedge funds have to buy the shares back they naked shorted the security with which will cause the share price to rise again. This is a perfect example of why you don't want to chase a stock that trades billions of shares in one day when there aren't even a billion shares available to trade with. Always good to assess the risks when trading stocks that can be heavily manipulated.

$HCTI ~And right after the market closed it appears that it got naked shorted into the .01's so that investors will panic sell into the naked shorting hedge funds hands! The SEC needs to outlaw naked shorting altogether! It kills momentum and makes the average investors lose billions of dollars every year from all of the price manipulation that it causes! Look at that massive drop in share price after the close in after hours trading. crazy to see such stuff especially after 5 billion shares traded today in this security!

$HCTI is a NASDAQ stock that just received the approval to remain as such that recently was massively naked shorted and now they have game changing state of the art AI platforms for the medical and healthcare industries that can benefit every business in those sectors! So, for the share price to be sitting in the low pennies is an absolute joke! It should be trading North of a quarter right now with their share structure and everything they are offering to their industries they support! Can you see a short squeeze in play? ~ABSOLUTELY!!!
