      Branster, you can totally offset other gains with a loss on nwbo. The $3,000 limit is against regular income assuming no other gains.
      Example- assume realized gains of $20,000 on say nvda but have $15 000 loss on nwbo. Can sell the nwbo and have net taxable gain of 5,000.
