On February 29, Duckwall-ALCO Stores, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release, incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference, relating to guidance the Company was updating in regards to operating results for the Company's fiscal year ended February 3, 2008. The Company expects to announce fourth-quarter and full-year audited results on April 17, 2008.
