KBW Announces Change to KBW Regional Banking Index (KRXSM)

Effective prior to the opening of business on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, City Holding Co. (NASDAQ: CHCO), a member of the KBW Regional Banking Index (KRXSM), will undergo an increase in shares due to the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Community Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CFFC).
