( 1)	Previously, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly reported the number of shares held by the Mark B. Templeton Revocable Trust, dated June 6, 2004. This prior report reflected a total amount of Securities Owned Following Reported Transaction that was 15,915 shares more than what was actually the amount of Securities Owned Following Reported Transaction.
