Career Education Corporation purchased Pennsylvania Culinary
Institute. By 2002, CEC incorporated into the school the
world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program, and the Le
Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking program followed in 2003. The Le
Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management program was
added in 2004. "Over the past two decades, PCI has established
itself as the ideal destination for culinary education," said
