California Micro Devices Announces Repayment of $6.6 Million of
Debt MILPITAS, Calif., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- California
Micro Devices Corporation announced that it has used $6.6 million
of the $17.9 million net proceeds from its recent public offering
to repay debt. The company will take a charge of approximately
$125,000 in its current fiscal quarter associated with the debt
repayment. The company has less than $350,000 of debt, consisting
primarily of equipment leases, outstanding after today's repayment.
The remaining proceeds from the recent offering will be used for
