California Micro Devices Announces Preliminary Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

California Micro Devices (Nasdaq Global: CAMD) (“CMD” or “The
Company”) today announced, based on a preliminary vote count
provided by IVS Associates, the independent Inspector of Elections,
that CMD stockholders voted to re-elect four of the Company’s
directors and elect the three Dialectic Capital nominees to the
Company’s Board of Directors. The final results of the election
will be announced following certification by IVS, which the Company
expects to occur shortly.
According to the preliminary report, the seven nominees with the
highest vote totals are:
