C2, Inc. Proposes Name Change to Total Logistics, Inc. MILWAUKEE, March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- C2, Inc. announced today that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 20, 2004, it will seek approval to change its name to Total Logistics,Inc. William T. Donovan, President and CEO, commented, "While the name C2 had nostalgic value to original shareholders given the successful development of our predecessor company, Christiana Companies, Inc., it does not describe our current business activities, and seems to raise more questions than it answers.
