Lubar was elected Chairman of the Board, replacing David J. Lubar who resigned the position in order to commit more time to the private equity investment business. David Lubar will continue to serve as a Director of the Company. The Board expressed its appreciation for David Lubar's years of service and is pleased that he will continue to serve as a Board member. The election of Mr. Sheldon Lubar as Chairman will re-establish his leadership role as he served as Chairman of the Board of Christiana Companies, Inc., C2's predecessor, from 1988 to 1999. While he has served as a member of C2's Board since its founding, his leadership will be more formally established in the capacity as Chairman of the Board.
