The new website is the result of a successful effort to consolidate and simplify the user experience of the two separate web properties MHA previously used to communicate with their members. Working with the Bridgeline project team, MHA was able to create a seamless navigational layout along with a much improved member signup and login process. With all site information presented through a more organized and efficient taxonomy structure and view, MHA target audiences can better locate information they need and are likelier to use the site and stay for longer periods of time.

With iAPPS serving as MHA's new interactive technology and content management platform, they now have many advantages over their previous website environment. Most important is that MHA has significantly reduced the time and effort required by their staff to support the site.
