BofI Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) ("BofI"), parent of Bank of Internet USA, today announced that it would host a conference call at 2:00 P.M. PT (5:00 PM ET) on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 to discuss financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2009.
