Asure Software Announces Resignation of Nancy Harris, Pat Goepel to Take Over as Interim-CEO

Asure Software (NASDAQ: ASUR), a leading provider of workforce
management software, announced that on September 8, 2009, Nancy
Harris tendered her letter of resignation as President and CEO of
the Company effective September 30, 2009. On September 15, 2009,
Asure's Board appointed Patrick Goepel as interim CEO effective as
of October 1, 2009.

recently elected, and will be missed by all of Asure's employees.
