NEW YORK, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Fund (controlled by Pinnacle Partners, LLC which is controlled by Red Oak Partners, LLC) announced today that RiskMetrics Group, a leading independent proxy voting advisory firm, has recommended that shareholders of Forgent Networks, Inc., doing business as Asure Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASUR) vote AGAINST Asure's proposals to take the company private through a reverse/forward stock split. Asure's plan includes a one for 750 reverse stock split immediately followed by a 750 to one forward stock split. Any shareholders owning fewer then 750 shares would be cashed out at $0.36 per share.
