The order was placed through ARRIS Reseller SatCab, based in Portugal, with Conditional Access provided by Conax. "The ARRIS D5 provided the scrambling and Conditional Access interface required to properly operate and meet the desired expectations," said Cabovisao Director of Planning and Engineering Jose Pascoal.
