I didn't see the RS, but then I only took a brief look at what is what and didn't like what I saw

This doesn't seem right.... Why are we getting screwed over!! For example if You currently hold 20,000 shares of AGBA amd with the shareholders have approved a reverse share split within a specified range of 1-for-1.5 to 1-for-20. This means that for every set number of shares you own, you will receive fewer shares after the split, depending on the exact ratio determined by AGBA’s Directors.

For example:

If a 1-for-2 reverse split is enacted, you would end up with 10,000

The exact ratio will be decided by AGBA’s Directors within the authorized range.
I thought for every share we own it a 1 to 1 not a RS... and we would be rewarded

Considering they plan to issue a bunch of shares, I don't see the upside long term.

Absolutely $10 plus for stock and $2 plus for warrants is what I’m expecting short order!

Could be a 3 month extension if the president allows extension but 3 judge panel ISNT a friend of CHINA doing all they do with TIK TOK, which puts this MERGER on HUGE AMERICAN TERRITORY with Delaware etc!

This could go way beyond the initial prices I feel are coming just with consummate merger here... without TIK TOK being a HUGE CATALYST if the 3 judges allow January 19,2025 TIK tok to be vaporized if not sold off etc.
