Renforth Obtains 1.57 g/t Au Over 15.2 Metres at New Alger Gold Project

Renforth Resources Inc. ("Renforth" or the "Company") (CNSX:RFR) is pleased to
announce assay results for the balance of its' initial drill program at New
Alger, with the highlight being a length of 15.2 metres containing an average of
1.57 g/t Au. This intersection includes 1.5 m of 6.56 g/t Au from drillhole
REN-10-04 as noted in the table of assay results below.

a re-interpretation of the New Alger project. We have demonstrated that there is
more to this property than a quartz veining system carrying gold, and this
result creates new opportunities for our next exploration phase. Instead of
exploring for the plunging vein chutes or cross cutting structures where gold
was emplaced (as was done previously) we will be targeting the mineralization we
have identified occurring over greater widths with compelling grades. The
success of Osisko in identifying a relatively shallow, lower grade, large
tonnage resource at Malartic has influenced our exploration approach." states

Highlights for the assay results from the final 5 holes drilled on the New Alger
property appear in the table below. Renforth was successful in finding gold in
each of nine holes in this program. The Company has commenced work on a
preliminary re-interpretation of the mineralization on its' New Alger property,
taking into account the occurrence of arsenopyrite. Generally, the previous
drill campaign on this property focused on sampling the quartz vein systems and
their adjacent areas. Previous interpretation of historical drilling found that
the coarse gold on this property was bound to the quartz veining. Due to more
recent developments and the known association between gold and arsenopyrite,
Renforth focused this drill campaign on sampling all occurrences of
arsenopyrite. In some cases this was found to be proximal to the quartz veining.
Arsenopyrite was found in all lithologies at New Alger and it is frequently
visible in the form of needle-shaped crystals (up to 3mm in length). This was
particularly the case within the two primary mineralized bands in the Piche
volcanics (notably alongside biotite and blueish quartz veining), and was also
found both within and around the veining in the Pontiac and Cadillac greywackes.

Samples were selected, bagged and tagged in the field under the supervision of
Brian H. Newton P.Geo, and securely transported to ALS Chemex where the samples
were assayed using 35 Element Aqua Regia ICP-AES and Au 30g FA-AA finish,
overlimits samples were processed using Au 30g FA-GRAV finish.
Brian H. Newton P.Geo is a qualified person pursuant to NI 43-101 and has
reviewed and approved the technical information in this press release on behalf
