| Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds in the consumer non-cyclicals sector. The Fund is newly organized, non-diversified and seeks to track the investment results of the ICE Diversified US Cash Pay High Yield Consumer Non-Cyclical Index, which is a rules-based index consisting of U.S. dollar-denominated below investment grade bonds that contains issuers from the consumer non-cyclicals sector (companies whose performance is generally less closely connected to the business cycle and current economic conditions), including the consumer goods, discount stores, food & drug retail, restaurants, and utilities sub-sectors. |
