A pretty good image hosting site is "Postimage" ...Go to https://postimages.org/ and click "Choose Images" ...then you can upload Pics and GIFs from your PC (or phone) ...then copy from the "Direct Link" option ...then Paste that link to your iHub message .... drag the link to highlight it, and then over on the left hand side (with the link still highlighted), click the picture Icon...and presto!

...lol, hope that wasn't too convoluted.

“ReachOut statements are now finalized (per Fruci), and now moving to consolidating with YCRM. Then to EQR. Good morning!”

You may be correct. That affidavit was a real eye opener. His most touted acquisitions are now suspect. Not that they weren't real, but would like to hear what those folks think of them now.
THAT would be an interesting listen.

I have no clue how to post pictures on this site, but I just want to post the Spiderman meme where they’re all pointing at each other and have OTCM, Fruci, Rick as the Spidermans. IMO, Rick clearly thought he would be able to take this public and get an easy payday, hoping Trillium would pump the hell out of this, but he’s realizing the scamming of OTC days are gone and it actually takes legitimate work to keep things active.

I can remember being on several stocks that transitioned to using Fruci and how it was viewed as a great move.
Now, how many are struggling?
But I have to say, after reading YCRM's exController's affidavit, is it ALL Fruci's fault, or if new issues were found?

It’s Fruci’s fault.

“The conversation was around both the differing entity par values and fmv of the reverse merger shares affecting the book value last year in the consolidation. Complex derivative math. After this part is signed off on by Fruci they roll up into YCRM adjustments. Then, when those are approved, we file.

“Talked through equity roll forward with Fruci, my CFO, and external financial consultant. Fruci sent their adjustments needed last hour and consultant will have them adjusted in the morning to return to Fruci for review. I don’t have a date for completion. 10-Q season is over so hopefully less in on their plate in the moment.”

I had swung it (GOFF) ever since Sharp was awarded custodianship of it in June of 2021 (Taking profits along the way) and had a 30k position in it going into its EM status (early fall of 2021) via the new SEC regs. ...It got current and came off at 75 cents (that was the pre-forward split PPS) at the opening bell on its first day of resumed "current status" trading late November 2021. . ...I sold all that I held in the first five minutes of the session ...took my 'PayDay" and continued swinging the shit out of it until April of 23.

So to answer you question directly:

Six figures the upon current status in late November 21, (with multiple 5 - 10K pulls before and after).

...In short, between 2020-2023, the George Sharp tickers were absolute gold mines if traded properly (Mainly due to the TSNP phenomenon at the time) ... some of the best swings, rhythms and price fluctuations that I have ever seen in my 20 plus years of trading. ....I was very fortunate.

As far as YCRM is concerned, If I was long here (and I'm not) I would hold, wait it out and not attempt to liquidate into the expert market. Rick is obviously no OTC genius, but if he manages to pull this out of the fire -ie- get the filings together and come with a nice "Hey folks - Look what we have going" Pump before this comes off of EM, perhaps there will be a reward for those that were willing to hold and find out.

Good luck all.

Most I’ve made on a genuine penny/scam play was about $7000 :) and that was SPLI with only a very few shares.

What really is a "payday" on the OTC? $100? $1000? McDonald's vs steak dinner? I'm genuinely curious.

...And no (answering MOJO's PM) I haven't been in this since my "im outta here post" back in April.

...Kinda interesting to watch in a "causality vampire" sort of way though.

I was thinking back then that Rick may accidentally/on purpose (ahem... lol) trip, fall and send this to Expert Market as to let insiders load up on the selloff - followed by the PPS run up/pump when no one else could buy.... ie ...Hype-Hype ...then get it current and dump into the inflated price.

Ive held EM plays before... When George Sharp/GOFF (now WNFT) went to expert via the new SEC regulations in fall of 21 is a good example. Sharp filed on time but the statutory period sent it to EM.... When it emerged/got pink current... OMG ...what a payday.

The huge difference here though is that (like him or not) Sharp knows how to navigate the OTC.

I'm pretty sure it went EM the next morning.

$YCRM The filings… We are still in effect “cancelling” the original Form 15 to stay fully reporting.

Received a call from the Examiner… They didn’t like the withdrawal of the form 15… We needed to file a withdrawal of the withdrawal 🤯.

Examiner didn’t want to do that but…— Rick Jordan (@mrrickjordan) August 14, 2024

went on to say : After we filed the RWRW, we filed an amended form 15 which states that we do not wish to file the form 15. Yes, it makes no sense. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The rules are the rules depending on the day of the week.

Well, Harrington is known for being a board member on many OTC pumps.

It’s served him well in the past, especially back in the 2020/2021 market (OPTI, KNOS, SEGN, among others).

Will stick around to see what happens.

Mcoco Mcoco 3 weeks ago
My advice to Harrington is RUN!!!! Otherwise, his reputation will be in the real shark tank along RJ's. This is what happens when dishonest people scam others. I TRUELY don't know how they live with themselves. So thankful I wasn't raised by his parents.

Lender needs to reclaim their loaned out cash, simple as that.

In the secondary finance markets of OTC, convertible note loans are commonplace.

Patience usually wins.
👍️0
Lime Time Lime Time 3 weeks ago
So now they are abandoning their action to go Alternate Reporting and are staying SEC registered. This is the worst case scenario for shareholders. Share offerings on the books. There will be debtors converting here once they get filings back. This is not for the benefit of shareholders. It's for the benefit of insiders. What a mess this turned out to be. I'm no longer interested in owning any of this. All legal, keep the scam going.
👍️ 1
SF971 SF971 3 weeks ago
They do what noteholders want.

Fortunately, Mr. Rick Jordan has an OG with Trillium on his side.

They have the inventor of the informercial on their Board! Get Harrington talking. A single tweet from Mr. Shark Tank takes this to .05

Trillium needs to run this to .10+ first the dilute in 9.99% tranches to extinguish that $1.1 M convertible debt.

This is the perfect share structure and price starting point.

They need to move quickly IMO as retail liquidity in the OTC is drying up fast.

"Keep Pushing"? I think he meant Keep Pumping. I might be mistaken (and please correct me if I am) but Fruci was in a bit of trouble with the SEC(?) as well. Something about how they weren't doing their due diligence with the audits. Kind of like, turning the other way to their findings. Perfect auditor for people like RJ!!
Don't fall for RJ's posts, his reputation and business are over.

Mcoco Mcoco 3 weeks ago
@Gtc_123 Exactly! The receivables are often another example of how debt holders will secure the financing. For instance, amount of debt cannot not exceed 25% of AR balance (nothing over 90 days old is included in total AR balance). I'm sure Trillium has multiple conditions to secure the return of their money.
Basically, anyone with money still invested, is pretty much screwed. I'm hopeful just to get my money back and move on. Take it to the Nasdaq etc. ...slow and steady wins the race. 🙂

I know you have, but some may want to review the S-1/A, at least by starting on page 9.
I'm betting that when they do get off of the EM, this is going to get a whole lot uglier than folks originally thought.
I have noticed that the potentially dangerous parts of these filings, there are folks that just brush those parts off as "boiler plate statements, that are on every contract", but they are there for a reason.

https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1624517/000182912624003823/yuenglings_s1a2.htm

PS: That is not even touching on the potential legal troubles, he could be headed for.

It’s like when a bank or insurance company or any debt holder can put a lien on your house if you don’t pay them what you owe. Same thing here.

He’s saying that there is probably something like that here, nothing specific, but it would be stupid for Trillium to rely only on PPS or shares to hedge themselves against situations just like we are in now.

If we are still on EM in 2 years (I’ve seen it happen), then how would Trillium be able to find the liquidity to sell $1.1MM of shares? They have to have some conditions saying ReachOut owes their money in X, Y, or Z way if it’s not shares.

It's been my business experience that funding of this size can come with other conditions to guarantee payment. If they have that much control over the PPS and can get us to .10, that would be awesome.
