Marsh & McLennan Agency Buys Insurance Company

Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC said Friday it bought PayneWest
Insurance, an agency based in Montana.
The company didn't disclose the deal terms. PayneWest services
individuals and businesses in the northwest part of U.S. Marsh
& McLennan said the agency will be the company's northwest
regional hub and that PayneWest Chief Executive Kyle Lingscheit
will lead it. PayneWest has over 700 staffers, Marsh & McLennan
said.
Marsh & McLennan Agency is a Marsh subsidiary and Marsh--an
insurance broker and risk advisor--is a Marsh McLennan
business.
