Partners") (NYSE MKT: CQP) today declared (i) a cash distribution
per common unit of $0.425
($1.70 annualized) to unitholders of
record as of November 1, 2016, and (ii) the related
distribution to its general partner. All of these
distributions are payable on November 11, 2016.

provided for under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4) and
(d). Please note that 100 percent of Cheniere Partners'
distributions to foreign investors are attributable to income that
is effectively connected with a United
States trade or business. Accordingly, all of Cheniere
Partners' distributions to foreign investors are subject to federal
income tax withholding at the highest applicable effective tax
rate. Nominees are treated as withholding agents responsible
for withholding distributions received by them on behalf of foreign

Cheniere Partners owns 100% of the Sabine Pass LNG terminal located
in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on

Partners, through SPL, plans to construct over time up to six
liquefaction trains, which are in various stages of development and
construction. Train 1 has commenced commercial operations,
Train 2 has achieved substantial completion, Train 3 is undergoing
commissioning, Trains 4 and 5 are under construction and Train 6 is
fully permitted. Each liquefaction train is expected to have
a nominal production capacity of approximately 4.5 million tonnes
per annum ("mtpa") of LNG. SPL has entered into six third-party LNG
sale and purchase agreements ("SPAs") that in the aggregate equate
to approximately 19.75 mtpa of LNG and commence with the date of
first commercial delivery of Trains 1 through 5 as specified in the
