Caduceus Software Systems Corp. 2015 Spring Corporate Update

Johnson, RI -- May 6, 2015 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Caduceus Software Systems Corp. (The Company) (OTC:CSOC) announces a change of board of directors. Mr. Derrick Gidden has resigned as President and CEO in Summer 2014 and holds no active title with the Company; and Mr. Oswald Huggins has resigned as Director of corporate strategy in early 2015 and holds no active title with the Company.

Caduceus Software Systems Corp. thanks Mr. Gidden and Mr. Huggins (the previous management) for their hard work since 2011. The previous management has devoted their time to researching, and marketing the licensed Electronic Health Records (EHR) software management system. They have made important strides to learning how EHR systems can be implemented in North America and in the United Kingdom. And they have developed good relationships with software resellers and vendors which will undoubtedly be useful for the Company moving forward.

In 2014, the Company board of directors has unanimously appointed Mr. Richard Tang to act as President and CEO of the Company upon Mr. Gidden and Mr. Huggin resignation. The appointment was made effective February 2015. Richard Tang had been the software product architect and developer for the licensed EHR software since 2011, and he had also performed marketing and corporate strategy duties.

Mr. Tang has performed roles of software developer, quality assurance engineer, and Information Systems engineer. He also runs a privately owned Company in Canada that specializes in industrial automation (programmable logic controller) and designs high-availability software systems for critical systems for refrigeration plants, ship motor actuation, and warehouse alarm systems. He is an active contributor to the technology sector.

The Company would also like to announce that positive actions have been performed recently. Mr. Tang had reinstated the corporation to be in good standing with the state of Nevada. The Company is currently engaged with an accountant and filer so that it can once again report meaningful information to its shareholders.
