Annemarie Mijer-Nienhuis to be Delta Lloyd's new chief risk officer

The Supervisory Board of Delta Lloyd announces
that it plans to appoint Annemarie Mijer-Nienhuis
(44) as chief risk officer and member of Delta Lloyd's
Executive Board from 21 May 2015. The Supervisory Board will notify
shareholders of the planned appointment at the Annual General
Meeting to be held on 21 May 2015, and this will be followed by the
formal appointment.
Annemarie Mijer-Nienhuis began her career at ING
Group in 1995. In recent years, she has held various director and
management positions in risk management at ING Group. In 2013, she
was appointed chief risk officer in the life division management
team at Nationale-Nederlanden.
