International Corporation (OTC: PLFM) announced today that Mr.
Bill Schaefer, President & CEO,
is entering into discussions for a possible joint venture with or
acquisition of a going-concern enterprise/income generating asset
that could bring revenues and profitability to the company.
The discussions are in their early stages, but Mr. Schaefer
stated a letter of intent formalizing the ongoing discussions and
negotiations could possibly be executed in the near term. The LOI
is required to provide both parties with the time necessary to
perform all required due diligence, and verify the mutual benefits
and advantages of the proposed undertaking.
Mr. Schaefer stated: "I am well acquainted with the principals
involved in the proposed transaction, and, if we can come to terms,
the acquisition could prove beneficial to both organizations. This
is the first of a number of projects I have in mind for Platforms.
