STL Marketing Group, Inc. (OTC: STLK) Receives Letter of Interest from
Fuerza y Luz (CNFL) 



Colorado Springs, CO— (December 24th,
2012) – STL Marketing Group, Inc. (OTC: STLK) subsidiary, Versant Corporation
has received a letter of interest from the prospective buyer, Fuerza y Luz
(CNFL).  Fuerza y Luz is Costa Rica’s the
largest non-ICE electric generator and distributor (although Grupo ICE does own
a majority stake in the company).  CNFL handles
the central valley, San Jose and its surrounding regions, which account for approximately
40% of the country’s energy consumption and distribution.



The letter, from CNFL’s General
Manager states that “CNFL continues with its interest in a power purchase
agreement with Versant…” that, “Versant has offered at least 137.5 GWh per year
in wind energy and CNFL accepts said energy…As discussed, the wind energy price
offered by Versant is within the accepted range as established by the
appropriate authorities and approved by ARESEP” and further states that “We
hope to sign the contract with you at the earliest possible moment (sometime in
the first quarter of 2013).”



CEO, Jose P. Quiros stated that “We
are obviously very excited and pleased with this letter from CNFL.  This is a positive step for the Company and a
good indication that we can expect to be on track early next year.  This letter coincides with the recent
executive order issued by President Chinchilla, whereby she asks that all power
companies buy energy from the least expensive providers, hopefully renewable
and regardless of source.  With this
significant milestone, we close 2012 and thank all of our supporters and

Chairman for his hard work and diligent effort with regards to this letter.”
