Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com) (OTCBB: UNDT), a
developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect
people from bioterrorism and other infectious health threats, and
provider of counter-terrorism consulting and training services,
announced today that is has partnered with the Thermo Fisher
Scientific network giving it access to Thermo Fisher's vast

Therefore it is of great importance that emergency responders,
especially fire-fighters, police and paramedics in every city be
adequately trained and equipped to cope with a radiological attack.

significant information concerning the likely consequences of a
radiological attack and the measures that need to be taken in the
immediate aftermath, which needs to convey to first responders and
integrated in their training.
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (www.thermofisher.com) is the
world leader in serving science, enabling its customers to make the
world healthier, cleaner and safer. Thermo Fisher has annual
revenues of $10 billion, with more than 30,000 employees and

companies, hospitals and clinical diagnostic labs, universities,
research institutions and government agencies, as well as
environmental and industrial process control settings.
Universal Detection Technology's biological weapon detection
equipment is used extensively by first responders and private
industries throughout the country. The equipment, including UNDT's
5 agent biodetection kit certified by the U.S. Department of
Homeland Security has been evaluated by the U.S. DoD as well as the
United Kingdom military.
"By partnering with the Thermo Fisher Scientific network we now
have access to the catalogue of one of the most advanced providers
of radiological and nuclear detection equipment," said Jacques
