and is available to view on EDGAR. We will also be filing for
our name and ticker symbol change with FINRA and have requested the
transfer agent certification as part of this process. There is
nothing that our shareholders need to do as shares of NYBD will
transfer automatically to the new ticker upon completion of the
processing by FINRA.
What Happens Next..
Pleasant Kids is currently in negotiations with additional
distributors that will broaden our ability to expand into other
markets and will be announcing the results of the negotiations in
the near future.
