Smokefree Innotec Retains Perfect Entertainment Group for European PR

Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFIO) Thomas Schroepfer, CEO, (http://www.sfio.us or http://www.realsmokefree.com) announced today the retention of a well-known European public relations company, Perfect Entertainment Group. The firm will provide public relations services to promote the exposure of the Company and enhance the brand awareness of its products by utilizing internet social networking tools and channels, including the use of blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, television and other News services for the Company; and such other public relations services as may be mutually agreed upon.

George Roth, CFO, added, “Included in the services to be provided by Perfect Entertainment Group are contacting financial and industry specific media, providing Company shareholder and investor communication email services, assisting on public disclosure requirements on Company website, assisting the company on Press Releases, and introducing local Press Agents and arranging for Press conferences. Perfect Entertainment Group will also publish a Corporate News Letter to 1.5 Million fund managers, venture capital companies, banks brokers, decision makers, and professional investors throughout Europe.”

He added, “The terms of the compensation provided by SFI are not being disclosed, but are strictly monetary and do not involve the issuance of SFI shares. Their performance under the contract is for an initial period of the next 120 days, and may be extended at the option of SFI for like consideration, particularly if their activities are successful in contacting the necessary advocate, solicitors, accounts and sponsoring brokers to open the way for the possibility of SFI being listed on the Frankfurt Exchange.”
