Gordon brings a wealth of experience from renowned institutions such as UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals, Stanford University, and Howard University where she developed fundraising strategies and spearheaded philanthropic initiatives in support of healthcare, research, and social justice priorities.

A graduate of Howard University, Gordon holds Bachelor's and Master of Business Administration degrees. Her roots run deep in the Bay Area community, particularly in her hometown, Oakland, CA, where she is actively engaged. Additionally, she holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
