Lake Nona Impact Forum will convene 300 of the brightest minds and
global thought leaders in health, wellbeing, and technology
Feb. 26-28 in the innovative
community of Lake Nona in Orlando,
Fla. The three-day forum will feature a series of in-depth,
collaborative discussions about innovative approaches to health and
wellbeing. In partnership with Fortune Media, the 2020 Lake Nona
Impact Forum will explore a variety of timely topics including
health care policy, solutions for the opioid epidemic, mental
health and performance, the impact of smart technology,
understanding medical cannabis, and game-changers in cancer
treatment.

business, sports, and entertainment are gathering to discuss the
final frontier in medicine – the human brain. Different panels led
by Brian Moynihan, Brooke Shields, Rudolph
Tanzi, Mariel Hemingway, and
Russell Wilson will explore the
latest in mental health and performance. Returning for 2020,
world-renowned soprano Renée Fleming will lead a conversation about
the impact of music on healing with MIT Media Lab Academic Head Tod
Machover. Fleming will also share the stage with composer
Chloe Flower and recording artist
Chris Mann for the first time with a
special musical performance.
In addition to a notable line-up of speakers and sessions, the
2020 Lake Nona Impact Forum will also welcome the New York-based Urban Yogis to keep attendees
active during the conference. Urban Yogis help introduce the
transformative tools of yoga and meditation to at-risk and
underprivileged youth and currently teach in the New York City
Public School System and detention centers within their community
resulting in drastic reductions in crime rates as an example.
Co-founded by Erica Ford, renowned
yoga teacher Eddie Stern, and
Deepak Chopra, the Urban Yogis
inspire their audiences to choose alternative pathways toward
personal and social transformation.
