AXA Equitable Announces Four Senior Executive Promotions

NEW YORK, Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- AXA Equitable Life Insurance
Company announced today the following four individuals' elections
as senior vice presidents: Jackie Brabham - Annuity Operations
Keith Floman - Actuarial Tracey Gray-Walker - Diversity and
Inclusion Steve Mabry - Annuity Product Development "The strength

Jackie Brabham has been promoted to senior vice president and head
of the Accumulator(R) variable annuity operations center in
Secaucus, N.J. Ms. Brabham has management responsibility for all
new business, customer service, in-force processing and business
services related to the company's flagship Accumulator(R) variable
annuity series. She reports to James Shepherdson, executive vice
president of AXA Equitable and president of AXA Distributors, LLC,
the company's wholesale distribution organization. Ms. Brabham
joined the company in her current function as vice president in
September 2007. Prior to joining AXA Equitable, she worked at
Lincoln Financial, where she was vice president of annuity service
operations. Ms. Brabham received a Bachelor of Arts degree in art
history and an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University.
Keith Floman has been promoted to senior vice president and
actuary, reporting to Charles Marino, executive vice president and
chief actuary. Mr. Floman is responsible for valuations, earnings
analysis, forecasting and experience studies for all business
lines. In addition, he oversees the reporting of financial results
and forecasting to AXA Group. Mr. Floman joined AXA Equitable in
2006 as chief actuary and head of risk management and valuation for
AXA Corporate Solutions Life Reinsurance (ACS), a reinsurance
subsidiary of AXA Group. Previously, Mr. Floman worked at Ernst
& Young as a senior manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in business administration from the State University of New
York, Albany. He is a fellow in the Society of Actuaries (F.S.A.)
and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (M.A.A.A.).
Tracey Gray-Walker, who was appointed chief diversity officer in
March 2008, has been promoted to senior vice president, reporting
to Jennifer Blevins, executive vice president and director of human
resources. Ms. Gray-Walker is responsible for driving efforts to
foster a diverse and inclusive environment within all of the
company's business units. She also advises and supports executive
management on diversity and inclusion goals, develops relationships
with diverse professional organizations for talent acquisition, and
measures progress on the company's inclusion initiatives. Ms.
Gray-Walker joined AXA Equitable's Financial Management Development
Training Program in 1989, and has held key positions in marketing,
sales, business planning, operations, technology and finance. Prior
to joining AXA Equitable, Ms. Gray-Walker was a senior auditor with
Touche Ross & Co. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting
from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Steve Mabry has been promoted
to senior vice president of annuity product development, reporting
to Claude Methot, executive vice president and chief product
officer. Mr. Mabry has oversight for the design of new annuity
products and features that ensure AXA Equitable's top tier
competiveness in the individual, 401(k), institutional and
tax-sheltered annuity markets. In addition to product design, Mr.
Mabry leads a team responsible for providing direction and support
to the company's distribution channels relative to the positioning
and launching of variable annuity products. He has been with AXA
Equitable for over 20 years, holding management roles in the
annuity, life and 401(k) operations, sales and product development
areas. Mr. Mabry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing
