THIS IS A NON REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT

                          CybIT Holdings plc ("CybIT")

                         Partnership with Norwich Union

  • CybIT teams up with Norwich Union to help improve driver safety

  • CybIT telematics solutions to support Norwich Union's Roadsense initiative

CybIT, one of the UK's fastest growing provider of telematics and fleet
management solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Norwich Union
as part of its major Roadsense initiative to help reduce fleet accident rates.
Norwich Union's Roadsense risk management proposition is an invaluable risk
management tool kit to help fleet operators better manage their risks. The
combination of Norwich Union's advanced risk management capabilities and CybIT's
powerful telematics and fleet management solutions will now empower insurance
brokers and fleet managers to monitor and analyse driver performance across
fleets for improved driver safety.

Following its recent acquisition of Fleetstar, CybIT is now a major UK
telematics solutions provider, and is ideally placed to help major organisations
such as Norwich Union provide the telematics component needed to deliver
advanced risk management services. Fleetstar provides the ability to view both
historic and real-time vehicle activity in addition to a range of key
performance indicators on driver and fleet activity. This enables users to
optimise the control and management of their vehicle fleets, providing
improvements in fleet efficiency and productivity, enhanced customer service
and, most importantly, a significant reduction in fleet operating costs.

Mark Keavney, Motor Fleet Product Manager, Norwich Union said: "Commercial and
fleet drivers are 30-35 per cent more likely to have an accident than private
motorists, with around two thirds of company cars also subject to an insurance
claim each year. Excessive speed and tiredness after driving long hours are
contributing factors. Now, with CybIT's Fleetstar solution, fleet managers are
able to use the software's advanced reporting capabilities to analyse drivers'
performance so that they are able to decide which drivers need additional
training and ensure they are driving safely. This empowers companies to fulfil
the duty of care to their drivers and reduce accident rates."

"At CybIT we offer world-class telematics technology, but it's only by working
with major partners such as Norwich Union that we can really deliver the
complete telematics-based solutions that can make a real difference for drivers
and their employers," commented Richard Horsman, Chief Executive Officer for
CybIT. "The Roadsense initiative is doing a great job in helping UK businesses
to look at key issues such as driver safety and overall fleet performance, and
we're delighted that Norwich Union selected CybIT and its telematics technology
to power this important programme."

Norwich Union's Roadsense proposition is supported by both a website and
helpline and includes legal, health and safety, vehicle security information and
driver training.
