Director's purchase and sale of shares




The Company has been advised that Mr John Biles, Chairman of the Company, has
transferred, by way of a sale and purchase, 270,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company to his self invested pension plan at 30p.


Mr Biles total beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is
unaltered by these transactions.
