       UTV MEDIA PLC APPOINTS ROISIN BRENNAN AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 
 
The Board of UTV Media plc is pleased to announce the appointment of 
Róisín Brennan BCL, FCA (49) as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 
1 June 2014. Róisín will also take on the role of Non-Executive Chair of UTV 
Ireland Limited, the group's new television channel which will launch in 
Ireland in 2015. 
 
Róisín is a former Chief Executive of IBI Corporate Finance where she had 
extensive experience advising public companies in Ireland. 
 
Ms Brennan is currently a Non-Executive Director of DCC plc and Coillte Teo. 
She graduated from UCD with a degree in Law before qualifying as a chartered 
accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin.

experience and knowledge is very complementary to the existing skills and
